MY STORY

My story began with fishing rods, hunting gear, and boyhood adventures. I never imagined life would add a collection of Barbie dolls and princess gowns to my camo closet. Yet here I am, a proud husband and father of three vibrant daughters, balancing hunting trips with tea parties and learning daily how to lead with strength and tenderness. My wife is my greatest partner and supporter, reminding me that grace, shared purpose, and humor often matter as much as any strategy. This unexpected journey has taught me more about empathy, patience, and glitter-covered chaos than any classroom ever could.
Professionally, I help entrepreneurs and business owners uncover their unique value, clarify their vision, and achieve meaningful impact. Every conversation with a leader refines strategies, challenges assumptions, and unlocks potential. My Doctorate in Business Administration sharpened my understanding of leadership, but real-world experiences—building teams, cultivating cultures, and surviving toddler negotiations—have truly shaped my ability to inspire loyalty and growth.
I aspire to be the elder younger voices seek out—not because I have all the answers, but because I have lived with intention and offer honest counsel.
